Green Tea, Whoa... I like it but Why?????

Hello Everyone,
               OK, where are we today? ya, green tea!
My day starts with having green tea and i feel fresh through out the day,I have started drinking green tea from 6 years by now and i felt really good by the benefits of it.

Well, am not a science student to let you know the actual benefits of it but i can share what i know and what i have experienced by having green tea daily in the morning.
My mother told me once that, having green tea early in the morning gives you a fresh face, skin gets shinier and there i started it!
 But the actual benefits of having green tea is that:

It's just a green liquid,where we can add some honey and lemon to get some taste but why are we drinking this ?
Scientists discovered that green tea has bio active components which can help us to improve our health.
(Hey what is bio active components,am not a science student buddy!!!)
OK,these are nothing but essential nutrients in short form.
(well i wonder, whats the big deal in having nutrients? the food we take has it!!)
Though we get good nutrients daily in our food,this tea has got Polyphenols,which function as powerful antioxidants.
(Whoa, what's these polyphenols??)
I think i need to discuss more about this right, so google it!!

Now, coming to another benefit, it can help you to burn your fat.

Well, these are just may be 2% of benefits i shared but let me share the beauty benefits of having green tea.

1) Washing your face with green tea (obviously, not the hot one!!)

This one, i practically did many times and got good results on my skin. We daily wash our face with water right so,just like that don't use soap
or anything ,just sprinkle the water and stay for 5-10 mins and then rinse with clean water. You cannot see the instant glow at a time but eventually your skin looks shinier than before!!

2) Add green tea to mix your face pack

I do this all the time, instead of adding rose water to mix your face pack, try adding the cold green tea into it and apply it. You can see very good results.
Note: There are people who has very sensitive skin and for them i suggest don't try because there might be side effects!!

3) Drink green tea after having lunch

Well, as i already mentioned above that it helps to reduce our fat, its really good to have green tea after having lunch but after an hour not right after the lunch.

Now, as we have seen the benefits of green tea, some say there are disadvantages as well but there is no proven evidence of why it is not good to have green tea.
Anyways, anything will have its own pros and cons but having green tea definitely helped me a lot and like i said, Knowledge is divine and it should be shared always because we will be
the stepping stones for our future generations.
